The Solution
Built and scaled a global nonprofit organization from the ground up. Coordinated donation programs that collected and distributed over 1,350 computers. Raised $285K by connecting with government, philanthropic, and independent donors. Established 12 computer labs internationally. Developed a C++ curriculum designed to teach programming to those with limited tech experience, currently being deployed in Morocco. Created simple mobile apps in Java for tech-novice users. Managed supply chain, volunteer coordination, and international operations across 20 branches and 185 volunteers.
